Glyph Manager 4 supports: ForteRAID, GT 062E, PortaGig 62, PortaGig 50, and GT 062 units with serial number 83000 and later. To determine if your GT 062 supports Glyph Manager please read our GT 062 upgrade policy.

The Mac version of Glyph Manager 4 supports Mac OS 10.4 and above. It is a Universal Binary (supports both Intel and PowerPC Macs). 64-Bit OS versions support USB-connected drives only.

The Windows version of Glyph Manager 4 supports Windows XP and above. Windows Vista must be patched with Service Pack 1 to allow installation of Glyph Manager. 64-Bit OS versions support USB-connected drives only.
