The ForteRAID ships with Glyph Manager 4 software on CD, a utility for Mac OS X and Windows that configures the unit in one of the available drive modes, and displays health status of the internal drives. click here to read more...

You can also download Glyph Manager 4 below. Glyph Manager 4 is designed to work with all ForteRAID and GT 062E units, and also supports GT 062 units with serial number 83000 and later. To determine if your GT 062 supports Glyph Manager please read our GT 062 upgrade policy.

The Mac version of Glyph Manager 4 supports Mac OS 10.4 and above. It is a Universal Binary (supports both Intel and PowerPC Macs).

The Windows version of Glyph Manager 4 supports Windows XP and above. Windows Vista must be patched with Service Pack 1 to allow installation of Glyph Manager. If your installation of Vista is configured for automatic updates, Service Pack 1 is automatically downloaded. If it is not, you must download Service Pack 1 from Microsoft.
