When you say "I've got a Steinway", everybody knows what you mean.

For a decade, in the audio storage industry, the name Glyph has signified a level of quality, support, and professionalism that has remained unmatched even while digital storage technologies advanced by orders of magnitude. The name Glyph speaks volumes about your desire for quality and your willingness to go for the very best in digital storage.

We're a bunch of folks who have a knack for dealing with recording and digital storage. We're designers, builders, testers, servicers; sales and support and admin, too...

But in addition, most of us are musicians and/or sound engineers, who work with recording gear all the time. (There are a few straight folks too but they're alright.) We love this stuff, both the creative aspects and the "techie" aspects, and we think it shows in the way we strive to understand you and your needs, whether you're an artist or an engineer or a little of both.

We've been at this for a long time, and rather than taking the easy path of "me-too" consumer-grade products, we took the high road of aiming for quality, not quantity. Our attitude is like yours -- your art is what matters the most. You want your gear to "just work", so that you can concentrate on your project. We feel the same way, and we're not satisfied until our products are good enough that we'd want to own and use them ourselves.

We're here because we want to be -- because we believe in what we're doing, and we want you to benefit from it.

Here at Glyph, we don't just sit around resting on our laurels, waiting for others to set the pace. We spend our time working to find ways to make your life easier, by making our products better.

What we do first is research the best approaches to solving digital storage problems faced by audio and video recording professionals. Then we figure out how to put them together to make "a Glyph". We use a combination of Glyph-designed chassis and electronics, and complement those with top-shelf industrial-strength components and subsystems, and then test it and try it in real-world studio circumstances.

Then, to put it mildly, we beat up our systems harder than anybody. Before we certify that a product is worthy to carry the Glyph logo, we make sure that it will stand up to the most rigorous use in its applications. We have rooms full of gear that we hammer on, finding the limits of the technology. We rigorously test the individual drive we ship to you, too, to make sure it meets our exacting standards.

Finally, we stand behind every drive we ship with some of the most awesome tech support you can imagine.

Because we know that you care about your work and that you want the best storage for your art. And you know that when you're dealing with The Glyph you're dealing with the best there is.
